Role Description

This full-time, on-site Account Manager role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Account Manager will build and maintain relationships with clients, manage media campaigns, and oversee the implementation of international media solutions. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, collaborating with media partners, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored media strategies. The role requires effective communication with existing and prospective clients to ensure smooth operations and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Client relationship management, account management, and customer service skills
• Experience in media planning, campaign management, and advertising solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in project coordination, organizational, and time management skills
• Understanding of international media industry dynamics and market trends
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams, media partners, and clients
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus
• Relevant experience in advertising, media, or business development preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
